Basics: Suzuki Literature, Scales, Shifting, Vibrato, Bow Technique, Tone Production, Thumb Position, Kummer, Etudes, Duets, Fun Recital Pieces, Theme Songs, Improvisation. Advanced Literature: J.S. Bach Cello Suites, Dvorak, Boccherini. Cello instruction may start at 7 or 8 years old as long as you acquire an appropriate sized cello and are patient. We usually start them by 9 or 10 years old.
